De acordo com os autos, a menina, que sofreu uma queda durante uma partida de handebol, foi levada \u00e0 Unidade de Pronto Atendimento do munic\u00edpio, onde, ap\u00f3s realizar exames de Raio-X de quadril, f\u00eamur e joelho, foi constatado que n\u00e3o houve fraturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No entanto, foi alegado pela parte autoral que, com a continuidade das dores, a menor retornou ao hospital, sendo encaminhada para um ortopedista e precisando ser submetida a uma cirurgia com fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00eas parafusos, devido a uma fratura do colo do f\u00eamur, identificada em tomografia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
