{"id":5565,"date":"2018-03-28T11:16:27","date_gmt":"2018-03-28T11:16:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gerolimich.adv.br\/adv\/?p=5565"},"modified":"2018-03-28T11:16:27","modified_gmt":"2018-03-28T11:16:27","slug":"camara-aprova-urgencia-para-projeto-que-obriga-participacao-no-cadastro-positivo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gerolimich.adv.br\/adv\/?p=5565","title":{"rendered":"C\u00e2mara aprova urg\u00eancia para projeto que obriga participa\u00e7\u00e3o no cadastro positivo"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"conteudoNoticia\">\n<p>O Plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara dos Deputados aprovou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (27), por\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.camara.leg.br\/internet\/votacao\/mostraVotacao.asp?ideVotacao=8258&amp;numLegislatura=55&amp;codCasa=1&amp;numSessaoLegislativa=4&amp;indTipoSessaoLegislativa=O&amp;numSessao=54&amp;indTipoSessao=E&amp;tipo=uf\" target=\"_blank\">266 votos a 8<\/a>, o regime de\u00a0<span class=\"termoGlossario\">urg\u00eancia<\/span>\u00a0para o Projeto de Lei Complementar (PLP)\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www2.camara.leg.br\/camaranoticias\/noticias\/CONSUMIDOR\/553200-PROJETO-AMPLIA-INGRESSO-DE-CONSUMIDORES-NO-CADASTRO-POSITIVO.html\" target=\"_blank\">441\/17<\/a>, do Senado, que torna compuls\u00f3ria a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no cadastro positivo, no qual s\u00e3o reunidas informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os pagamentos em dia dos cidad\u00e3os.<\/p>\n<p>Fonte | Ag\u00eancia C\u00e2mara<\/p>\n<p>A proposta estende ao cadastro positivo a mesma regra que hoje vale para o negativo: as institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras podem incluir informa\u00e7\u00f5es no sistema sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica dos clientes. De acordo com a proposta, isso n\u00e3o seria considerado quebra do sigilo banc\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>O texto exige, no entanto, que o consumidor cadastrado seja comunicado de sua inclus\u00e3o no cadastro positivo e d\u00e1 a ele 30 dias para solicitar sua exclus\u00e3o.
