O direito se aplica apenas \u00e0s liminares que acabam se transformando em decis\u00f5es proferidas por \u00f3rg\u00e3os colegiados \u2014\u00ad\u00a0quando a decis\u00e3o liminar, que \u00e9 provis\u00f3ria, for considerada de grande import\u00e2ncia ou repercuss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Na justificativa da proposta (<a class=\"external-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www25.senado.leg.br\/web\/atividade\/materias\/-\/materia\/127528\">PLC 76\/2016<\/a>), o autor, deputado Carlos Manato (SD-ES), cita como exemplo as liminares apreciadas no \u00e2mbito do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), situa\u00e7\u00e3o na qual o ministro relator, devido \u00e0 import\u00e2ncia da mat\u00e9ria, submete ao Pleno a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o de pedido liminar.
