AGRAVO. AGRAVO DE INSTRUMENTO EM RECURSO DE REVISTA INTERPOSTO NA VIG\u00caNCIA DA LEI 13.015\/2014<\/a>. RESCIS\u00c3O INDIRETA. VERBAS RESCIS\u00d3RIAS. HORAS EXTRAS. ASS\u00c9DIO MORAL. AUS\u00caNCIA DE IMPUGNA\u00c7\u00c3O ESPEC\u00cdFICA. Nada obstante os fundamentos da decis\u00e3o agravada, o Reclamado, no agravo, limita-se a alegar, genericamente, que preencheu os requisitos de admissibilidade do recurso de revista, nos termos do artigo 896<\/a>, “c”, da CLT<\/a>, com suposta diverg\u00eancia jurisprudencial entre Turmas do TST sem reiterar o debate proposto no agravo de instrumento quanto ao referido tema. O princ\u00edpio da dialeticidade imp\u00f5e \u00e0 parte o \u00f4nus de se contrapor \u00e0 decis\u00e3o agravada, demonstrando seu desacerto e as raz\u00f5es de sua reforma. Nesse contexto, uma vez que o Agravante n\u00e3o se insurge, fundamentadamente, contra a decis\u00e3o que deveria impugnar, o recurso encontra-se desfundamentado.
