1. O peticion\u00e1rio indicou erro material no ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o homologat\u00f3rio quanto \u00e0 data do div\u00f3rcio consensual, afirma\u00e7\u00e3o que restou comprovada pela documenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos autos.<\/p>\n
2. Segundo a pac\u00edfica jurisprud\u00eancia deste Tribunal, o erro material \u2014 previsto no inciso I do artigo 463<\/a>do CPC\u20441973<\/a> e no inciso I do artigo 494<\/a> do CPC\/2015<\/a> \u2014 pode ser corrigido de of\u00edcio a qualquer tempo. Precedente da Corte Especial: SEC 6.499\/EX, relatada pelo Excelent\u00edssimo Ministro Humberto Martins, DJe de 26\/09\/2013.<\/p>\n 3.
