FUNDAMENTO N\u00c3O IMPUGNADO. <a href=\"https:\/\/juridmais.com.br\/sumulas---supremo-tribunal-federal-283\" target=\"_blank\">S\u00daMULA 283<\/a> DO SUPREMO TRIBUNAL FEDERAL.<\/p>\n<p>1. A aus\u00eancia de enfrentamento da quest\u00e3o objeto da controv\u00e9rsia pelo tribunal de origem impede o acesso \u00e0 inst\u00e2ncia especial, porquanto n\u00e3o preenchido o requisito constitucional do prequestionamento.<\/p>\n<p>2. A defici\u00eancia da fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do recurso inviabiliza a exata compreens\u00e3o da controv\u00e9rsia, atraindo, portanto, a incid\u00eancia da <a href=\"https:\/\/juridmais.com.br\/sumulas---supremo-tribunal-federal-284\" target=\"_blank\">S\u00famula 284\u2044STF<\/a>: &#8220;Inadmiss\u00edvel o recurso extraordin\u00e1rio, quando a defici\u00eancia da fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o permitir a exata compreens\u00e3o da controv\u00e9rsia&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>3. O recurso especial n\u00e3o impugnou a fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o recorrido (<a href=\"https:\/\/juridmais.com.br\/sumulas---supremo-tribunal-federal-283\" target=\"_blank\">S\u00famula 283\u2044STF<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>4.
