A jurisprud\u00eancia desta Corte tem mitigado os rigores da teoria finalista para autorizar a incid\u00eancia do <a href=\"https:\/\/juridmais.com.br\/codigo-de-defesa-do-consumidor---cdc-1\" target=\"_blank\">CDC<\/a> nas hip\u00f3teses em que a parte (pessoa f\u00edsica ou jur\u00eddica), embora n\u00e3o seja tecnicamente a destinat\u00e1ria final do produto ou servi\u00e7o, se apresente em uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade, como no caso.<\/p>\n<p>2. N\u00e3o pode ser conhecido o agravo regimental na parte em que deixa de impugnar os fundamentos da decis\u00e3o agravada.<\/p>\n<p>3.
