APELO CONHECIDO E DESPROVIDO. “A falta ou o atraso do estabelecimento que recebeu o pagamento no repasse dos respectivos valores, n\u00e3o tem o cond\u00e3o de afastar a responsabilidade da R\u00e9, porque eventual falha na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, por parte das institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras, n\u00e3o pode ser suportada pelo consumidor, que adimpliu a d\u00edvida a tempo e modo.
