AGRAVO DE INSTRUMENTO. RECURSO DE REVISTA. EXECU\u00c7\u00c3O. IMPUGNA\u00c7\u00c3O AOS C\u00c1LCULOS DE LIQUIDA\u00c7\u00c3O. INTEMPESTIVIDADE. N\u00e3o merece ser provido o agravo de instrumento que n\u00e3o logra \u00eaxito em desconstituir os fundamentos do despacho denegat\u00f3rio de prosseguimento ao recurso de revista. Ademais, na fase de execu\u00e7\u00e3o somente \u00e9 autorizada interposi\u00e7\u00e3o de recurso de revista por viola\u00e7\u00e3o literal e inequ\u00edvoca da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, nos termos do artigo 896<\/a>, \u00a7 2\u00ba, da CLT e consoante a S\u00famula 266\/TST<\/a>. Assim, n\u00e3o comporta admissibilidade o recurso no que aponta viola\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o infraconstitucional ou diverg\u00eancia jurisprudencial.
