AGRAVO DE INSTRUMENTO – INCOMPET\u00caNCIA DO TRT PARA NEGAR SEGUIMENTO AO RECURSO DE REVISTA – PRINC\u00cdPIOS DO DUPLO GRAU DE JURISDI\u00c7\u00c3O, DA AMPLA DEFESA E DO CONTRADIT\u00d3RIO<\/p>\n

Nos termos do artigo 896<\/a>, \u00a7 1\u00ba, da CLT, compete ao Tribunal Regional admitir ou n\u00e3o o Recurso de Revista, examinando os requisitos extr\u00ednsecos e intr\u00ednsecos.<\/p>\n

N\u00e3o h\u00e1 falar em incompet\u00eancia do Eg. TRT, tampouco em desconsidera\u00e7\u00e3o do r. despacho pelo fato de a Corte a quo ter analisado a plausibilidade do tema veiculado no recurso principal, nem viola\u00e7\u00e3o aos princ\u00edpios do duplo grau de jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o, da ampla defesa e do contradit\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n
