Leonan dos Santos Franco, 30 anos, estava b\u00eabado quando invadiu a pista contr\u00e1ria e atingiu uma moto, segundo a delegada plantonista Priscila Salgado.<\/p>\n<p>Ela disse que o motorista se negou a fazer o teste o baf\u00f4metro, mas com base no relato de testemunhas e de policiais que atenderam a ocorr\u00eancia, houve o flagrante por embriaguez. O motorista, que seria morador da cidade, ser\u00e1 levado ao Pres\u00eddio de Os\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p>O acidente ocorreu no cruzamento da Avenida Paraguass\u00fa com a Rua Divis\u00f3ria, na regi\u00e3o central de Cap\u00e3o da Canoa.\u00a0<strong>Manuela Teixeira, 19 anos<\/strong>, que estava em uma Bis,\u00a0morreu ao ser atingida pela caminhonete.
