ACUMULA\u00c7\u00c3O COM O DIREITO PREVISTO LEGALMENTE. IMPOSSIBILIDADE. A previs\u00e3o em Plano de Cargos e Remunera\u00e7\u00e3o relativa ao pagamento de 60 dias de aviso pr\u00e9vio, por ser mais ben\u00e9fica, prevalece sobre a norma legal vigente ao tempo da dispensa que previa apenas 30 dias de aviso pr\u00e9vio.
