O Detran do Rio de Janeiro ter\u00e1 de pagar uma indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de R$ 5 mil a uma motorista que, em virtude de irregularidades no banco de dados do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, foi impedida por longo per\u00edodo de tempo de renovar sua Carteira de Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o. A decis\u00e3o \u00e9 do desembargador Custodio de Barros Tostes, da 1\u00aa C\u00e2mara C\u00edvel do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.
\nNa a\u00e7\u00e3o, a autora afirmou que o problema trouxe grandes transtornos e que, mesmo ficando impossibilitada de dirigir, recebeu a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o de uma multa de tr\u00e2nsito, por dirigir sem habilita\u00e7\u00e3o, constando como local da infra\u00e7\u00e3o o endere\u00e7o do condom\u00ednio em que reside.
\nPara o desembargador, ao ficar privada injustamente do direito de dirigir, por longo per\u00edodo, a autora se deparou com desgaste desnecess\u00e1rio, causando aborrecimento acima da normalidade, o que configurou dano moral.<\/p>\n
