Esta Corte Trabalhista sedimentou entendimento no sentido de que o item I da S\u00famula n\u00ba 434 do TST deve ser interpretado restritivamente, aplicando-se somente nos casos de interposi\u00e7\u00e3o de recurso em face de ac\u00f3rd\u00e3os proferidos pelos Tribunais Trabalhistas, diante da informalidade na primeira inst\u00e2ncia, podendo as partes ser intimadas das decis\u00f5es por diversas formas. Assim, o fato de o recurso ordin\u00e1rio ter sido interposto antes da publica\u00e7\u00e3o da senten\u00e7a no \u00f3rg\u00e3o oficial n\u00e3o o torna extempor\u00e2neo.
