A jurisprud\u00eancia desta Corte\u00a0 firmou-se no sentido de que s\u00e3o devidas\u00a0 aos empregados da Companhia Sider\u00fargica\u00a0 Nacional diferen\u00e7as de participa\u00e7\u00e3o nos\u00a0 lucros e resultados da empresa\u00a0 relativos ao lucro acumulado retido nos\u00a0 anos de 1997, 1998 e 1999, sob o t\u00edtulo\u00a0 de reserva de lucro, os quais foram\u00a0 reincorporados aos dividendos no\u00a0 exerc\u00edcio de 2001, segundo os termos do\u00a0 acordo coletivo firmado no mesmo ano.\u00a0 Precedentes.
