Para que a indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o seja cab\u00edvel, mister se faz estejam presentes os tr\u00eas requisitos: ato il\u00edcito, dano e nexo causal entre ambos. Ausentes tais requisitos, n\u00e3o pode ser acolhido o pleito indenizat\u00f3rio.
