O texto original contemplava tamb\u00e9m profissionais que atuam em servi\u00e7o comunit\u00e1rio de rua, mas esse ponto foi suprimido no substitutivo.<br \/>\nO relator na CCJ, deputado Vitor Paulo (PRB-RJ), apresentou parecer favor\u00e1vel \u00e0 proposta, mas fez uma mudan\u00e7a na reda\u00e7\u00e3o. Em vez de especificar as atividades de mototaxista, motoboy e motofrete, ele preferiu usar no texto a express\u00e3o \u201ctrabalhador em motocicleta\u201d.
